Hong Kong’s 2026 Spring Jewelry Auctions represent a reflection of the future logic of high-end assets. As global capital faces growing uncertainty, the market is returning to collectibles that are truly rare, naturally irreplaceable, culturally recognized, and capable of preserving value over the long term. High jewelry is once again becoming a “wearable asset” in the eyes of global high-net-worth individuals.
Christie’s will present its Magnificent Jewels and Jadeite live auction on May 26 at The Henderson, its Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong. The sale features more than 100 exceptional jewelry pieces and rare gemstones. Among the highlights is a 3.17-carat Fancy Vivid Pink VS1 Potential diamond ring designed by Bulgari, which has become one of the most closely watched pieces of the season. At the same time, natural pearls, top-quality jadeite, emeralds, sapphires, and important creations from Boucheron, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Harry Winston, and Cindy Chao will also be presented. Behind this auction lies not only market enthusiasm, but also a fundamental shift in the logic of global high-end jewelry collecting.
